Order Processing Ordering through Napa Valley Spa Products online store is easy. You will then be directed to the shopping cart where you can check out and pay, or continue shopping. When you are ready to complete your purchase, just view your cart, create an account to complete the purchase, or login if you already have one. Orders shipped to the United States, Canada and the UK can be made through our online store. International buyers, please email us to purchase. Shipping & Returns TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR FREE GROUND SHIPPING POLICY ON ALL RETAIL ORDERS FROM OUR WEB STORE THROUGH APRIL 30, 2007! SHIPPING At this time shipping is available to the United States and Canada. Napa Valley Spa Products will make its best effort to ensure that your packages reach you accurately and expediently. All orders of in-stock merchandise will ship from our distribution center within 48 hours of receipt of order. You should then receive your merchandise in 5 to 10 business days. Shipping times for made to order items will vary. Shipping Cost In our continued effort to simplify and enhance your buying experience, Napa Valley Spa Products will provide free ground shipping on retail orders placed through our web store, to the US until April 30st 2007! The price you see is the price you pay. Special shipping charges may apply to certain oversized items. We will advise you of the cost of these additional charges via e-mail prior to processing your order. CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY Napa Valley Spa Products trusts that you will be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase through our website. However, if for any reason you must return an "in stock" item purchased on our site, you may due so within 5 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund in the form of the payment you used to purchase the item. The return products MUST be unopened, unused and in perfect condition. You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise plus any additional taxes, but not for shipping costs. Items that are custom order, made to order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition are not refundable, unless goods arrived damaged. If this is not possible, please pack and seal the item securely with all of its original materials. Merchandise that is damaged during return or incomplete upon receipt will not be accepted. You will have 5 days to return your merchandise after receiving your return authorization number. After this return period has passed the manufacturer's warranty prevails. Returns due to a manufacturing defect will either be repaired or replaced, at Napa Valley Spa Products discretion. For refunds, we will issue a refund of your purchase within 7 business days for the original purchase price of the item being returned minus shipping. Should the return be due to defect or erroneous shipment, we will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement product back to you. Item Availability Most items we offer are in stock, however are sold on a “first come, first serve” basis. Should you happen to order the same item that has already been ordered by someone else, before it is marked sold, you will be notified of expected ship dates or possible substitutions.
